Subject: Offences under the jurisdiction of the Military Court

                        With regard to Announcement of the NCPO No. 37/2557 outlining offences under the jurisdiction of the Military Court dated 25 May 2014, in order to allow for appropriate adjudication of juvenile cases, the Head of the NCPO hereby announces that all cases concerning juvenile offenses are to be adjudicated by the Central Juvenile and Family Court, and are not subject to the jurisdiction of the Military Court.

                        This announcement shall take effect immediately
