During 14 – 15 June 2014, Ms. Benjamas Tanvetyanont, Acting Consul-General, and Mrs. Titiporn Maneenate, Director of the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Hong Kong Office joined hands in distributing sticky rice with mangoes for sampling to around 1,200 Hong Kongers at the Thai Booth in the International Travel Expo (ITE) held at Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre. The activity was aimed to promote tourism to Thailand as well as Thai food and fruits in Hong Kong. The Thai Booth, in collaboration between the Tourism Authority of Thailand and Thai Airways International in Hong Kong, appealed to a large number of visitors to the fair.
