The Royal Thai Embassy in Moscow supports Thai food and the opening of more Thai restaurant in Russia

On 2 June 2014 Mr. Alexey Gubkin, CEO amd Ms. Aelita Efimova, Special projects Director of the Ginza Project (owner and management team of the leading restaurants both in Russia as well as in major cities of the world such as New York and other capital cities of CIS countries) paid a courtesy call on His Excellency Lt.Cdr. Itti Ditbanjong. Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand to the Russian Federation. The two sides discussed a perspective of cooperation to promote Thai food and Thai restaurant business in Russia. The Director of Ginza Project agreed to the Ambassador’s view regarding the expansion of Thai restaurant business in Russia since more and more Russians have been in Thailand and impressed with the authentic Thai cuisine. Therefore, the Thai restaurant under Ginza Project will be soon opened in the heart of Moscow to serve the Russian's increasing demand on Thai food.The opening of Thai restaurants will not only promote Thai food but also expand markets of Thai food products in Russia. In addition, the preparation of “Thai Food Night 2014” at one of the leading restaurants of the Group was also discussed during the meeting.
