On 14 August 2014 at 10.30 hrs., a delegation from Thailand’s Office of the Civil Service Commission (OCSC) led by Ms. SamonratChanchumlong, Human Resource Officer (Expert Level), paid a courtesy call on Mr. MarutJitpatima, Ambassador of Thailand to Singapore, and exchanged views with the Ambassador and Embassy staff on the supervision of Royal Thai Government scholarship recipients in Singapore and Singapore’s educational system. The visit was part of the delegation’s study trip to Singapore during 12-15 August 2014 under the public sector human resource development project in preparation for the upcoming ASEAN Community.
