On 23 September  2014 at 10.00 AM. Mr. Vasin Ruengprateepsaeng, Minister of Royal Thai Embassy in Canberra, Mr. Krit Tankanarat, Minister Counsellor, Mr. Thanabordee Joothong, First Secretary, and Ms. Venus Asawapoom, Second Secretary, welcomed and gave a briefing about Thailand and diplomacy to a student group from Queensland. This group won the first prize of “Young Diplomatic program” comprising of a visit to Department of Foreign affair and trade (DFAT) and embassies in Canberra.
