On 30 September 2014, H.E. Mr. Surapon Petch-vra, Thai Ambassador to Chile presided over the inauguration ceremony of the photo exhibition “Kopunká – Una Tailandia por Descubrir” by Spanish Artist, Mr. Pedro Sandaraca. The exhibition is open to general public from 30 September to 16 November 2014 at Espacio Fundación Telefónica, Santiago.

          Mr. Sandaraca traveled around Thailand, capturing photos of the way of life of the Thai people. The exhibition focuses on three aspects of fundamental of the Thai culture, namely Buddhism and the Thai Boxing as well as Tattoo.

          After the speech of the Ambassador, 80 distinguished guests, including Ambassador of Vietnam to Chile, who attended the activity, enjoyed Thai food prepared by the Royal Thai Embassy.
