On 9 October 2014, Mrs. Ruyaporn Sukontasap, Director of Cultural Affairs Division, Department of Information, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, led a delegation comprising representatives from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Thailand Foundation, directors and cast from Thailand’s GMM Tai Hub Co. Ltd (GTH) to the Exclusive Preview Night of “Sentosa Spooktacular 2014” at Fort Siloso in Singapore. The Thai delegation was warmly welcomed by CEO of Sentosa Development Cooperation.

Ms. Ekajit Kraivichien, Charge d'Affaires of the Royal Thai Embassy in Singapore and as the Guest of Honor, congratulated Sentosa and GTH for their second collaboration in creating Thai horror films inspired haunted trails as part of Sentosa’s Halloween event. This project is supported by Thailand Foundation and the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand as it contributes to the promotion of Thai films overseas as well as the networking between the Thai film business and their international partners.

More than 500 people attended the Exclusive Preview Night including invited guests from Embassies and Thai and Singaporean media. After the formalities, participants walked through the haunted trails based on 4 films, Laddaland, Countdown, Alone and The Swimmers, together with the directors and cast from GTH and ended with the Thai food reception supported by the Royal Thai Embassy.
