On 23 March 2015, H.E. Mr. Panyarak Poolthup, Ambassador of Thailand to Vietnam welcomed H.E. General Paiboon Koomchaya, Minister of Justice of Thailand who was on an official visit to Vietnam to hold the bilateral consultation with H.E. Mr. Ha Hung Cuong, Minister of Justice of Vietnam and to sign the Memorandum of Understanding on Justice and Legal Affairs Cooperation between the Ministry of Justice of the Kingdom of Thailand and the Ministry of Justice of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam. The Minister of Justice also held a consultation with Col. General Le Quy Vuong, Deputy Minister of Public Security of Vietnam.
