On 2 June 2015, on the occasion of “Visakha Puja Day” or "Buddha Day" and upon the completion of the building of a new chapel at Prachumthatchanaram Temple, Tumpat District, Kelantan, Consul-General Jackrid Kanjanasoon made a spiritual ceremony of “cutting off the sacred Luk Nimit rattan” to celebrate the chapel. There were a lot of Malaysian peoples attended the event, especially Thai Siamese and Chinese Malaysian.
