On 23rd November 2015, Mr. Singtong  Lapisatepun, Deputy Director-General of  TICA, delivered a welcome remarks for the opening ceremony of the study visit on Community Development Based on Sufficiency Economy 2015, which was hosted by TICA for executives of the Pacific  Island Countries (PICs) during 23-28 November 2015 in Thailand. The objective of the study visit was to exchange best practices and lessons learned of Thailand on community development under the Philosophy of Sufficiency Economy. The study visit will be a key channel to promote and expand development cooperation between Thailand and the PICs.
