On March 3, 2016 the Royal Thai Embassy in Riyadh, in cooperation with Thai Students Club in Riyadh and Thai Volunteer Teachers in Riyadh, participated in the 8th International Day at King Faisal School (KFS) in Riyadh. A group of KFS’s students were also assigned to help creating a beautiful THAILAND booth which ranked the 5th of top 10 booths among other 30 booths of embassies and organizations in Riyadh. 

 

            Thainess was represented by Muay Thai, Thai food, Thai tourist destinations and friendly smiles of Thai people. Mr. Danai Menabhodi, Charge d’Affaires of the Royal Thai Embassy, and Mr. Sulaiman bin Nasser AlFraih, Director-General of KFS jointly inaugurated THAILAND booth and welcomed almost 500 attendants of students, parents, KFS’s officials and distinguished guests.

 

             Thailand is once again well-known among Saudi friends and foreigners living in Saudi Arabia who could be viewed as “Friends of Thailand”. The Embassy would like to thank all parties concerned, as Thai Cultural Ambassadors, in promoting our beloved country in this successful event.
