On 9 June 2016, at 15.00-15.30 hrs, Consul-General Dusit Manapan presided over the ceremony to celebrate the 70th Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej’s Accession to the Throne. The ceremony was held at Bangkok Bank Building, 10th Floor, with around 40 attendees including officers of the Thai offices in Osaka, members of the Thai community in Kansai region of Japan and their families. The attendees joined Thai people all over the world in celebrating the auspicious occasion of His Majesty the King’s 70th Anniversary of Accession to the Throne and in expressing their deep admiration and gratitude for His Majesty the King’s tireless work to advance sustainable development and prosperity throughout the Kingdom of Thailand.
