On June 23, 2016, Mr. Boonyarit Vichienpuntu, Chargé d’Affaires ad interim, gave encouragement to the representatives of Thailand from different breeding kennels as they participated in the competition of the World Dog Show (23-26 June 2016) in Moscow.
           This occasion is very special for the country as Mark (a male Thai Ridgeback) has been awarded the Best Breeding for the Thai Ridgeback Group of the Day for the third consecutive year of this world series event. It is also an honour for Thailand that Mr. Peerapong Pisitwuttinan,the breeder judge from the Kennel Club of Thailand, has become the first Thai national in 30 years who has been selected as one of the members of the international judging committee for this event.
           The Thai Ridgeback breed has been continuously developed and nowadays gained popularity in the Russian Federation.
