On 10 August 2016, H.E. Mr. Waldemar Kraska, Chairman of the Poland-Thailand Parliamentarian Group, along with members of the Poland-Thailand Parliamentarian Group, Khun Ying Songsuda Yodmani, President of the Thailand-Poland Parliamentarians Friendship, and Mrs. Kanchanarat Leewiroj, member of the Thailand-Poland Parliamentarians Friendship Group and members of the National Legislative Assembly (NLA), paid a courtesy call on
H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Minister of Foreign Affairs, during the official visit to Thailand of The Poland-Thailand Parliamentarian Group.

The Minister of Foreign Affairs informed the Polish side on the post 7^th August Referendum Roadmap. Both sides also discussed measures to further promote the Thai-Polish relations, in the areas of economic relations, tourism, people to people contacts, technical cooperation (green energy, construction and student exchange, especially medical students) and agreed to drive forward the re-operation of direct flight between each country. The Polish delegation also exchanged views with the Minister regarding regional cooperation, particularly in the framework of ASEAN and EU.
