On 26 October 2016, Mr. Kiyoshi Ueda, Governor of Saitama Prefecture, along with a delegation from the prefecture’s private sector, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Minister of Foreign Affairs.

          Both sides exchanged views on strengthening their relationship at a provincial level, and the supporting of Saitama Prefecture’s 207 companies in Thailand. Furthermore, both sides also discussed ways to enhance Thailand’s level of competitiveness, especially in the field of human resources development.

          On this occasion, the Governor of Saitama Prefecture and his delegation signed the Book of Condolences in remembrance of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej.
