Thai Food Cooking Class and Thai Gastronomy Week in Brasilia

          On 27 February 2018, H.E. Mr. Surasak Suparat, Thai Ambassador to Brazil joined the opening of Thai Gastronomy Week in Brasilia at Restaurante – escolar SENAC, Câmara dos Deputados. The Thai Gastronomy Week in Brasilia was organized by the Royal Thai Embassy in Brasilia and the National Commercial Apprenticeship Service (SENAC) from 27 February to 2 March 2018. 
          Each day, about  300 persons ranging from member of the Brazilian House of Representatives, officials and diplomats in Brasilia general public came to eat food there and they appreciated the Thai food with its unique taste and Thai fruit and vegetable cravings. This Thai Gastronomy Week is a “Thailand – Kitchen to the World” project, which aims to help promoting Thai food and its ingredients in Brazil.  
          On 1 – 2 February 2018, the 2 Thai chefs from the Thai Residence held a compressive Thai cooking class for 15 Brazilian chef – students of SENAC in order to prepare the Brazilian chefs to cook Thai food during the Thai Gastronomy Week.
