The Royal Thai Embassy in Kuwait’s representative attended the Kuwait University’s graduation ceremony on 29 April 2019 to congratulate two Thai students; Mr. Muhammad Lutfee Wahae and Mr. Irsad Wamaeheesa, recipients of the Kuwait’s Government Scholarship who were graduated from Kuwait University this year.
