On 23 July 2026, H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, attended the 33rd ASEAN Regional Forum (ARF), held on the sidelines of the 59th ASEAN Foreign Ministers’ Meeting and Related Meetings in Manila, the Philippines.

The meeting exchanged views on regional and international security developments, particularly maritime security, and discussed cooperation in addressing emerging challenges, including transnational crime, climate change, and natural disasters.
