On 2 July 2026, H.E. Mr. Arthayudh Srisamoot, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs, had discussions with H.E. Mr. Vahe Gevorgyan, Ambassador of the Republic of Armenia to Thailand, with residence in Beijing, on the occasion of the Ambassador's visit to attend the Ninth Session of the Committee on Environment and Development of the Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP).

Both sides discussed opportunities to enhance cooperation between Thailand and the Republic of Armenia in the areas of economy, trade, investment, labour, and tourism, as well as the exchange of high-level visits. They also shared views on some key developments in the Caucasus region.
