On 24 June 2025, H.E. Ms. Pannabha Chandraramya, Ambassador of Thailand to Switzerland, as well as around 20 officials, spouses and staff members of the Royal Thai Embassy in Bern, carried out the “Big Cleaning Day” Royal Thai Volunteers activity at the Embassy in honor of Her Majesty Queen Suthida Bajrasudhabimalalakshana, on the auspicious occasion of Her Majesty’s Birthday Anniversary on 3 June 2025.

in accordance with the “5S” principles (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize and Sustain), participants engaged in cleaning, improving the landscape, regaining space, re-organizing equipment and documents throughout the office.

The initiative aimed to create a clean and efficient working environment for the benefit of the public and embassy visitors, while also fostering a spirit of public service and instilling a sense of personal and social responsibility among the embassy personnel.
