On 18 July 2025, H.E. Mr. Phrommes Bhaholpolbhayuhasena presented the Letters of Credence, accrediting him as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of Thailand to Montenegro, to H.E. Mr. Jakov Milatović, President of Montenegro. In witness of the presentation of the Letters of Credence were Mrs. Vanida Bhaholpolbhayuhasena, Spouse of the Ambassador, and Mr. Konglarp Tinakorn na ayudhya, Counsellor. As part of the ceremony to present the Letters of Credence, the Ambassador had a discussion with the President of Montenegro. Both sides discussed the measures to move forward Thai-Montenegrin relations on the governmental and private-sector level, as well as the people-to-people relations.
