On October 30th, 2025, the Royal Thai Consulate-General, Chicago hosted a seventh-day Buddhist Chanting memorial ceremony with the Thai communities in Chicago and nearby areas to dedicate merit to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit The Queen Mother at Wat Dhammaram, Chicago. The ceremony was presided over by Mr. Varapol Chensavasdijai, Acting Consul-General and attended by officials together with members of Thai communities.
