On May 19, 2025, Deputy Consul-General Natnapang Damrongsoontornchai, along with staff from the Royal Thai Consulate-General and the Tourism Authority of Thailand (TAT) Chicago Office, attended an influencer dinner at Muan Jai Thai Kitchen.

Hosted by the Thai-American Association of Illinois, the event introduced local influencers to authentic Thai cuisine and traditional performances. Highlights included dishes set to be featured at the upcoming Thai Festival Chicago 2025, as well as Thai music and dance performed by volunteer teachers from the Thai Sunday School at Wat Dhammaram in Chicago.

The Thai Festival Chicago 2025 will be held over two days, highlighting Thai cuisine, products, arts, cultural performances, and handicrafts. The event will take place on June 14 from 10:00 AM to 9:00 PM and on June 15 from 11:00 AM to 7:00 PM in the Irving Park area near Thorek Hospital (851 W. Irving Park Rd., Chicago).
