On 24 April 2025, Mr. Chulvat Narinthrangura, Director-General of Thailand International Cooperation Agency (TICA), attended the Meeting of the Board of Directors (2/2025) of the Thailand – U.S. Educational Foundation (TUSEF/Fulbright). Mr. Vichavat Isarabhakdi, Chairman of TUSEF's Board, presided over the meeting with Director-General of Department of American and South Pacific Affairs, NESDC’s representative, U.S. Embassy in Thailand, former U.S. ambassador, elected former Fulbright grantee, and TUSEF’s Executive Director. The meeting was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.

The Board of Directors acknowledged and was satisfied with TUSEF's work in promoting mutual understanding and goodwill between Thailand and U.S. through its unique exchange educational program, such as scholarships, fellowships, and English education. They also discussed the implementation of the ongoing programs this year, including activities to commemorate the 75th Anniversary of the Fulbright Program in Thailand.

Director-General Chulvat also reaffirmed TICA's continued support for the Fulbright Program to enhance educational cooperation between Thailand and the United States for the mutual benefit of both countries.
