On 8 September 2026, H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, met with H.E. Mrs. Alona Fisher-Kamm, Ambassador of the State of Israel to Thailand.

Both sides exchanged views on overall bilateral relations between Thailand and Israel, as well as specific issues that may affect or hinder the promotion of people-to-people relations and the expansion of cooperation in tourism. In this connection, both sides underlined the importance of promoting cooperation to enhance understanding regarding respect for Thai laws, customs, and way of life, while reaffirming the mutual benefit and opportunities for expanding cooperation in these and other fields.
