On 8 March 2024, H.E. Mr. Parnpree Bahiddha-Nukara, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, welcomed Ms. Jariya Chirathivat, Chairman of Thailand – Viet Nam Business Council (TVBC), and members of TVBC at the Office of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand.

Both sides exchanged views on ways to further strengthen economic partnership between Thailand and Viet Nam, particularly agreeing to expedite transportation and customs connectivities, trade and investment facilitation, and closer linkages between the two countries' SMEs and local economies.
