On 8 October 2025, H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Minister of Foreign Affairs, had a discussion with executives from PTT Public Company Limited and PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited, led by Dr. Kongkrapan Intarajang, Chief Executive Officer and President of PTT Public Company Limited and Mr. Narongsak Jivakanun, Chief Executive Officer of PTT Global Chemical Public Company Limited.

The discussion were aimed at exchanging information regarding the PTT Group’s overseas trade and investment activities, as well as to serve as a platform for promoting collaboration between the public and private sectors in advancing Thailand’s economic interests on the international stage under the proactive economic diplomacy policy. The Ministry plays a key role in supporting trade, investment, and the expansion of business opportunities for Thai enterprises abroad, with the aim of enhancing the country’s competitiveness and aligning foreign policy implementation with Thailand’s sustainable economic development.
