On 26 March 2025, Mrs. Eksiri Pintaruchi, Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs, hosted an Iftar Dinner in the holy month of Ramadan A.H. 1446 for the Ministry’s counterparts on Muslim affairs to strengthen networking between the Ministry and its counterparts. The event was attended by prominent figures, scholars and representatives from the Thai Muslim community from both the public and private sectors, as well as Muslim officials and staff from the Ministry.

The Permanent Secretary reiterated in her welcoming remarks that the Ministry attached importance to strengthening the cordial relations between Thailand and the Muslim world, and expressed her pride in the diversity of the diplomatic personnel and staff at the Ministry in terms of culture and religion, which helps in promoting relations with other countries in a valuable, balanced, and sustainable manner.
