On 3 November 2025, the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Kolkata, led by Consul-General Siriporn Tantipanyathep, organized a commemorative event marking the 100^th anniversary of the passing of His Majesty King Vajiravudh (Rama VI), which falls on 25 November 2025. The ceremony, held at the Consulate-General’s Chancery, was attended by Consulate officials and spouse. The program featured a solemn wreath-laying ceremony followed by a moment of silence in remembrance of His Majesty’s boundless benevolence and enduring legacy.

In addition, the Royal Thai Consulate-General also held a ceremony to commemorate the 100^th anniversary of the birth of Her Royal Highness Princess Bejaratana Rajasuda, which falls on 24 November 2025. Floral tributes were respectfully laid in Her Royal Highness’s honour to mark this special occasion.
