The Royal Thai Consulate-General in Penang organised a Buddhist Chanting Ceremony as well as offering Sangha Dana and lunch to Buddhist monks on the Occasion of the National Day of the Kingdom of Thailand, the Birthday Anniversary of His Majesty King Bhumibol Adulyadej The Great and Thailand’s Father’s Day 5 December 2025. Phra Khru Palat Preecha Prinyano from Chaiya Mangalaram Buddhist Temple, presided over the ceremony for the monks, and H.E. Mr. Psusist Wongsurawat, Consul-General of Thailand in Penang, presided over the ceremony for the seculars and led the officials, staffs, and family members of the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Penang to take part in the ceremony.
