On 14 – 15 June 2023, the Royal Thai Embassy in Athens organised a mobile consular unit at the office of the Royal Thai Honorary Consulate in Belgrade in order to provide consular services to Thai nationals residing in Serbia.

During this visit, Miss Kesarin Phanarangsan, the Embassy’s Counsellor and Head of the Consular Section, together with Mr. Zoran Dukanovic, Thai Honorary Consul and Mrs. Marija Tanasijevic, Thai Vice-Honorary Consul, also had a fruitful discussion with Mr. Aleksandar Dordevic, Counsellor in the Department of Asia, Australia and Pacific, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Serbia. Both sides exchanged views on the promotion of bilateral relations, particularly the proposal to establish the Political Consultations and the opening of the Serbian Honorary Consulate in Chonburi Province. The Serbian side also expressed its interests in acceding to the Treaty of Amity and Cooperation in Southeast Asia (TAC).
