The Royal Thai Consulate-General in Jeddah welcomed the first Hajj pilgrims in 1444 AH.

On May 21, 2023, Mr. Halim Waenalai, Head of Consular Affairs and high-ranking representative from the Royal Thai Consulate-General in Jeddah welcomed and facilitated the first batch of 290 Thai pilgrims who arrived in Madinah on Thai Airways flight TG 8800.

At present, the Consulate General is collaborating with the Office of Hajj Affairs of Thailand, Department of Provincial Administration, in welcoming and facilitating the pilgrims who will gradually arrive in Madinah in the next 18 flights.
