On 31 October 2024, Mr. Vitório Cordoso, Personal Secretary of Mr. José Cesásio, Secretary of State for the Portuguese Communities, Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Portugal, discussed with Ms. Supapan Tiapiriyakij, Chargé d’ Affaires, on bilateral relations between Thailand and Portugal at the Royal Thai Embassy. Both side expressed appreciations for the long-standing relations between the two countries over 500 years, which lays a solid foundation for building on the strengthened cooperation. They discussed ways to enhance people-to-people relations through cultural on languages cooperation, which could foster bilateral relations of the two countries further.
