On July 1, 2024, Miss Somjai Taphaopong, Consul General of Thailand in New York, welcomed Mr. Metha Prapawagol, Corporate Human Resource Director at Siam Cement Group, and his team at the Consulate General during their tour of the USA Career Insights 2024 campaign in New York City. Both sides discussed the Consulate General’s approach towards Thai students in its jurisdiction and exchanged views on how to equip them with opportunities to enhance their knowledge and skills in the latest technology and business models. These efforts are aimed at encouraging them to become driving forces for Thailand development in the near future.
