H.E. Mr. Agustín García-López Loaeza, Ambassador of Mexico, as Dean of the Diplomatic & Consular Corps in Singapore, hosted a Farewell Reception for H.E. Mr. Carlos Raúl Vásquez Corrales, Ambassador of the Republic of Peru, H.E. Ms. Natália Carrascalão, Ambassador of Timor-Leste and H.E. Mr. Chutintorn Gongsakdi, Ambassador of the Kingdom of Thailand. The event was held on 25th September 2023 at Goodwood Park Hotel with the presence of Ms. Indranee Rajah, Minister, Prime Minister’s Office, Second Minister for Finance and Second Minister for National Development.

Ambassador Gongsakdi has served one and a half years of service in Singapore and will complete his tenure on 30 September 2023 upon his retirement from the Thai civil service. He has dedicated his efforts in maintaining strong bilateral ties with Singapore across all areas and promoted the interests & well-being of Thai citizens in Singapore. On this occasion, Ambassador Gongsakdi and his spouse, M.L. Piyawan Gongsakdi, expressed their sincere gratitude and appreciation for the goodwill, cooperation and cordial relationship they enjoyed during their tenure in Singapore.
