On 4 September 2023, the Royal Thai Embassy in Tokyo supported Shine for You Foundation, a non-profit organization (NPO), to organise a fundraising concert at the Royal Thai Embassy Hall. The main objective of this event was to raise funds for the Immanuel Orchestra Japan Performance Tour 2023. This initiative aims to provide opportunities for the Immanuel Orchestra whose members are young musicians, who come from underprivileged backgrounds in the Khlong Toey community, to perform concerts in Japan across three prefectures: Tokyo, Hokkaido, and Kumamoto in October 2023.

H.E. Mr. Singtong LAPISATEPUN, the Ambassador of Thailand to Japan, presided over the event and delivered a welcoming speech. Mrs. Seiko KAKOGAWA, the Chairperson of the Shine for You Foundation, presented an informative report about the foundation and provided details about the project. The samples of the Immanuel Orchestra’s performance were also shown via video clip. Another highlight of the event was a mini concert by the brass band "the Liberty Brass," which infused a delightful touch of jazz into the occasion, bringing joy to all those in attendance.
