H.E. Mr. Sihasak Phuangketkeow, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs welcomes reports, which includes photos, of the recent meeting between Daw Aung San Suu Kyi and the Head of ICRC in Myanmar, especially following the informal meeting between the ASEAN Foreign Ministers and the Myanmar Foreign Minister in Bangkok on 12 July 2026 and in light of the upcoming visit of the President of Myanmar to Thailand. We hope that the Government of Myanmar will undertake further positive steps towards lasting peace and stability in Myanmar.
