Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand enhanced bilateral cooperation with Ambassador of Canada to Thailand, focusing on the commemoration of the 60th anniversary of diplomatic relations, and exchange of views on regional developments and Covid-19 response.

On 4 March 2021, H.E. Mrs. Sarah Taylor, Ambassador of Canada to Thailand, paid a courtesy call on H.E. Mr. Don Pramudwinai, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Thailand, on the occasion of her assumption of duty.

Both sides discussed ways to further enhance the bilateral relations, particularly the joint activities and cooperation in celebration of the 60th anniversary of Thailand-Canada diplomatic relations in 2021. They also exchanged views on important developments in the region as well as the COVID-19 situation.
