Thailand is shocked and truly saddened by the attack on Okhmatdyt children’s hospital on the western side of Kyiv, Ukraine, resulting in several casualties and loss of life of innocent civilians. Thailand expresses its sincere condolences to the bereaved families of all the victims as well as those who have been injured. Thailand calls for the full protection of civilians, hospitals, medical personnel, children, women and patients under international humanitarian law.
