On 16 July 2026, H.E. Mr. Sarun Charoensuwan, Vice Minister for Foreign Affairs, presided over the Awards Ceremony and the launch of the official logo commemorating the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Thailand - Pakistan diplomatic relations. H.E. Ms. Rukhsana Afzaal, Ambassador of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan to Thailand, and H.E. Mrs. Urasa Mongkolnavin, Director-General of the Department of South Asian, Middle East and African Affairs also joined the ceremony and presented awards to the winners of the logo design competition.

The ceremony was attended by representatives of the Thailand - Pakistan Friendship Association, the Thailand - Pakistan Chamber of Commerce, as well as members of the Pakistani community in Thailand, who joined in celebrating the 75th anniversary of Thailand - Pakistan diplomatic relations.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, organised a logo design competition to commemorate the 75th anniversary of Thailand - Pakistan diplomatic relations. The competition was open to the general public from both Thailand and Pakistan from 3 April to 3 May 2026. More than 300 entries were received, from which the judging panel selected three winning designs. The first prize was awarded to Mr. Apichai Pongpirom. The winning logo will be used in activities commemorating the 75th anniversary of Thailand - Pakistan diplomatic relations in 2026, throughout the year.
