On 31 October 2025, at 0930 hours, Mr. Khamphanh Bounphakhom, Deputy Minister of Justice of the Lao PDR, together with executives of the Ministry signed the Book of Condolence in tribute to Her Majesty Queen Sirikit, The Queen Mother of the Kingdom of Thailand at the Thai Ambassador’s Residence in Vientiane. The Deputy Minister and his entourage were welcomed by Ms. Jirusaya Birananda, Chargé d’ Affaires, a.i., and Embassy’s officials.
