11 April 2008, Mr. Noppadon Pattama, Minister of Foreign Affairs, presided over the Closing Ceremony of a Training Course on Capacity Building and Career Preparation for Thai Muslim University Students from the Southern Provinces of Thailand, and presented certificate of honour to the representative of the entrepreneurs who kindly contributed to the Programme. On this occasion, the Foreign Minister also delivered closing remarks to the Thai Muslim students, who had earlier received the certificates of course completion from Mr. Pensak Chalarak, Deputy Permanent Secretary for Foreign Affairs.
