On 7 January 2013, Ambassador of Thailand to Denmark paid a visit to Copenhagen Zoo and meet with the Zoo’s executives. She also visited the Thai Elephants family in Copenhagen led by Plai Chiang Mai who is currently 53 years old and has resided in this zoo for 50 years.
