On 12 January 2013, H.E. Mr. Anuson Chinvanno, Ambassador of Thailand to the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, hosted a dinner in honour of  Mr. Naowarat Phongphaiboon, Thailand’s national poet and artist and his media team on the occasion of the latter’s visit to the Socialist Republic Vietnam to conduct a project entitled “Writing the Suvarnabhumi of Vietnam”.

     With the support of the Foreign Ministry, “Writing the Suvarnabhumi of Vietnam”, is a project which is originated from the aspiration of Mr. Naowarat Phongphaiboon aiming to create valuable and fine poetry which reflects the history, local wisdom and history of the Vietnamese people as well as the beauty of landscape of the country. Moreover, the project at the same time will help promote cultural exchanges and understanding of the peoples between Thailand and its neighboring countries which will pave the way towards the ASEAN Community. All the poems from the project will be broadcast on NBT Channel from 2 February 2012.
