On 20 February 2013 Mr. Jullapong Nonsrichai, Vice Foreign Minister of Foreign Affairs of Thailand, as a Special Envoy of Prime Minister Yingluck Shinawatra of Thailand, accompanied by Ambassador Marut Jitpatima, called on Ms. Grace Fu, Second Minister for Foreign Affairs of Singapore, at Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Singapore. The purpose of this visit is to invite Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong to attend the 2^nd   Asia – Pacific Water Summit : 2^nd APWS in Thailand

     The 2^nd APWS will be held at the International Convention and Exhibition Centre Commemorating His Majesty’ s 7 Cycle Birthday Anniversary, Chiang Mai province. The main theme is “Water Security and Water Related Disaster Challenges : Leadership and Commitment”
