On 5 April 2013, H.E. Ambassador Tasanawadee Miancharoen hosted a luncheon for the Lady Ambassadors in Bucharest and high-level lady officials in Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Romania at the resident on the occasion of Songkran Festival to promote awareness of Thai culture. The Guest of Honour was Mrs. Daciana Octavia Sârbu, Member of the European Parliament and wife of H.E. Mr. Victor Ponta, Prime Minister of Romania. The distinguished guests enjoyed discussing Thai culture and tasting scrumptious Thai Food.
