On 22 May 2013 the Royal Thai Embassy in Bucharest in collaboration with the National Children’s Palace of Romania organized the cultural show “80-Minute Around the World: Amazing Thailand” at the Theatre of the Palace. H.E. Ambassador Tasanawadee Miancharoen, Ambassador of Thailand to Romania delivered opening remarks that the exchange of culture between Romania and Thailand through the cultural show could bring about the understanding among our people leading to cooperation between two countries in other area. At the show, there were over 600 spectators including members of the diplomatic corps, Romanian government authorities from the Ministry of Education and general public of Romania.

The show comprises of session of piano recital performed His Majesty’s musical compositions, Introductory presentation about Thailand and traditional Thai and Romanian dancing and singing shows performed by over 100 Romanian children and youth. In addition, there was also an exhibition of over 80 artworks about Thailand which have been painted by Romanian children along the corridor outside the Theatre.
