On 12 August 2013, Mr. Thosaporn Moonlasartsathorn, Consul-General of Thailand to Dubai and the Northern Emirates, led the Consulate-General's officers and Thai nationals in Dubai and the Northern Emirates to sign the well-wishing book on the Auspicious Occasion of Her Majesty the Queen's 81st Birthday Anniversary at the Consulate-General.
