On 10 September 2013, the Royal Thai Embassy in Mexico and the Foreign Relations Committee for Asia-Pacific of the Mexican Senate co-hosted the inauguration ceremony of the photo exhibition in commemoration of 38 years of Thailand-Mexico Diplomatic Relations. The inauguration ceremony was held at the Mexican Senate with attendance of senators, diplomatic corps, tourism sector, academics, media as well as teachers and students of the primary public school in Mexico City whose name is “Thailandia” and with whom the Royal Thai Embassy has always maintained close relations. Recently, the Embassy organized a drawing competition on Thailand with students of Thailandia school, whose works are also displayed in the exhibition. 

     Following the inaugural remarks, a Muay Thai show was offered to the audience by a local Muay Thai school as well as Thai snacks. The exhibition comprises three groups of images: photos on Thailand-Mexico relations, photos on Thailand tourism and drawings of students of Thailandia school.
