The Royal Thai Embassy in Athens participated in promoting Thai boxing in the 2013 Panathium and Muay Thai Heritage Festival for the World-European&Greek Champion Titles for Amateur and Pro- amateur Cup which were held on 15th September in Athens. The event was organized by Master Vangelis Xanthakis, founder of the Hellenic Muay Thai Boran Federation. Light, middle and heavy weight athletes from Greece, Tunisia Iran and France took part in the game.

     Greece fought Tunisia and won the World Title. The Greek Cup and Title were fought in honour of  H.E. General Tienchai Sirisumpan, the president of the Advisory Committee of the Kru Muaythai Association.
